How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery within 72 working hours, in high season from March to September your order may take up to 7 days.
Your order will be processed as quickly as possible, which can take up to 2 days. Your dress will be carefully prepared and shipped.
You will receive a confirmation email from the shipping agency as soon as your order has been dispatched.
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping costs in Spain (Peninsula) and Balearic Islands are FREE on orders over 99€.
Refunds will be charged at a cost of €6.99. This amount will be deducted from the refund to be received.

How long will take my order to arrive?
EUROPEAN UNION: 2 - 4 DAYS
USA/CANADA: 3 - 5 DAYS
OTHER COUNTRIES: 7 - 9 DAYS
How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?
The price will be calculated automatically once you fill in your shipping information.
There is free shipping for Spain (Península and Balearic Islands) if the order is above 99€.
The shipping costs for the European Union will be calculated automatically when entering the shipping address and finalizing the order.
The shipping costs for the non European Union (AMERICA, ASIA, AFRICA, OCEANIA) will be calculated automatically when entering the shipping address and finalizing the order.
The shipping cost includes taxes and fees for outbound shipping. Customs clearance fees are the client's responsibility.
In countries and regions for which LA CROIXÉ allows returns, LA CROIXÉ is not responsible neither for return shipping costs nor for duty reimbursement.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Return and exchange policy
Once the carrier delivers your order, you have 15 days to make exchanges or returns.
Returns will only be processed for orders placed online; orders placed in the physical shop will be processed in the physical shop in the form of a voucher or product exchange.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of size or colour for online purchases from countries outside the EUROPEAN UNION, the CANARY ISLANDS, or the UNITED KINGDOM. CANARY ISLANDS, nor UNITED KINGDOM
The products must be wrapped in perfect condition, be sure to send them in their original packaging with the corresponding invoice.
The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of the product.
