DOMESTIC ONLINE SHIPPING:

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. You can choose express shipping (1-2 business days).

You will receive a confirmation email from the shipping company as soon as your order has been dispatched.

How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?

Shipping costs in Spain (Peninsula) are FREE for orders over €195.

Returns processed through our courier service will incur a €7 fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund you receive. You can return your product in-store for free.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

EUROPEAN UNION: 3 - 6 DAYS

USA/CANADA: 5 - 8 DAYS

REST OF THE WORLD: 7 - 9 DAYS

How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?

The price will be calculated automatically when you fill in your shipping details.

The cost of shipping within the EUROPEAN UNION AND CANARY ISLANDS will be calculated automatically when you enter the shipping address and complete the order.

The cost of shipping outside the EUROPEAN UNION (AMERICA, ASIA, AFRICA, OCEANIA) will be calculated automatically when you enter the shipping address and complete the order.

The shipping cost includes taxes and fees for outbound shipping. Customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Exchanges and Returns Policy

Once the shipping company delivers your order, you have 15 days to make changes or returns.

Returns will only be processed for online orders; orders placed in the physical store will be managed in the physical store in the form of a voucher or product exchange.

No returns or size/color exchanges are allowed for online purchases from countries outside the EUROPEAN UNION, CANARY ISLANDS, or the UNITED KINGDOM.

Products must be wrapped in perfect condition; please ensure you send them in their original packaging along with the corresponding invoice.

The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of the product.

RETURNS FORM:
If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:
Step 1. Indicate which item(s) you wish to return on your invoice.
Step 2. Place the original invoice with the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in the original packaging.
Step 3. Contact GLS to arrange collection of the package from your preferred location. You can call 93 115 61 02 or send an email to: agencia.724@gis-spain.es (Monday to Friday 9:00h to 17:00h). This service has a cost of €7, which will be deducted from the refund you receive.
Step 4. Hand the package to the GLS courier.

The refund for the purchase amount will be made within 15 days from the date of package collection from your home.
In order to improve our service, please let us know the reason for the return.


SIZE EXCHANGE FORM:
If you wish to exchange a size, please contact us by sending an email to: info@lacroixe.com indicating the size you wish to exchange, and we will proceed with the exchange.
